You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By submitting content, you grant Rumo a limited license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the service.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a billing dispute, please contact Customer Support.

You may cancel your account at any time.
Upon cancellation, access to paid features will end according to your billing cycle.

From time to time, Rumo may offer promotions or special terms. These offers are subject to their own conditions, which will be provided at the time of the offer.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued as the service evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumo Adventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
